Corperate training

 
Customized corporate workshops and training programs can be made for, but not limited to, the following requirements:

  • Executive workshops: help enterprise executives to understand and determine the value, strategies, approaches, and working plan for designing, implementing, reviewing and optimizing enterprise-wide data, data applications, and innovation
  • Corporate workshops: analyse business problems, pros and cons of existing solutions, value, strategies, approaches and working plan for data-driven decision-making and better practice, case studies and team discussions are guided by our lecturers
  • Short courses: short courses can be customized to build the competencies, capabilities and case studies for the organization, team and/or projects
  • Staff career planning: joint professional master and doctoral programs or periodical ‘refreshment’ courses can be created to train and refresh qualified data scientists and data science management for the organization’s evolving strategic development.
